Not only can we source marquee hire at prices not generally available to the general public but we manage the erection, furnishing and decoration of the marquee, turning it from a glorified tent into a spectacular venue for your event.

We consider the transport logistics, site location, tables, chairs, staging, flooring and dance floor, audio-visual equipment, heating, power supply, toilets, water and a hundred and one other essentials that are easily overlooked by a non-professional.

We also supply ‘the hire’ of modular staging panels providing a secure flat & level surface which lends itself too many applications & events. This industry standard staging can be used to create a wide variety of shapes & sizes. The height is adjustable & steps allow for easy access.

Along with the staging we also provide the industry standard lightweight aluminium trussing strong, sturdy & safe a superb compliment, again useful for many applications including structural support or a decorative finish.


For almost any event you will want to capture your event with quality photography; for corporate events in particular, good photographs can be a useful promotional tool. For reasonable rates we can ensure that your guests remember your event for years to come by engaging a professional photographer.

We are now proud to offer this service with a competent qualified team in place whatever the size of your event. For all event power requirements inside or out, from a generator to mains distribution & lighting– we can take care of it all.

Graphic design

High quality invitations, menus, posters and programmes give your event that professional touch –particularly important for corporate events, product launches or client/customer events. Once again, Mission Events can supply superior graphic design to your requirements – often at short notice.


On-site technical assistance is available for all events or any hire only service & is charged at half or full day rates. It is assumed that the hirer is competent to set up & where necessary operate the equipment without technical support.
